What to bring to camp:
Parent or coach (IF YOU LIKE) to film you and drills, full speed sessions
Spikes, as well as running shoes (if you have spikes)
Poles if you can (vaulters) THIS is a huge help if you can bring your own! We can always loan a bigger one, or smaller one as needed
HS Shots or discus (if possible)
Extra set of workout clothes, and socks
**We will have poles, throwing implements to borrow, it always is better to have an abundance to choose from. If you can bring yours, mark them with permanent marker, and bring them to camp! If we break something, we buy it.
Please bring a sack lunch, refrigeration is available for lunches.
**Any participant with special dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten free, etc. will need to provide their own meal**
***RECOMMENDED TO BRING CLIF BARS, ETC FOR SNACKING AND KEEPING ENERGY LEVEL UP!
