What to bring to camp:
Parent or coach to film you and drills, full speed sessions?
Spikes, as well as running shoes (if you have spikes)
Poles if you can (vaulters) always better to have than to need
HS Shots or discus (if you have a favorite)
Extra set of workout clothes, and socks
**We will have poles, throwing implements to borrow, it always is better to have an abundance to choose from. If you can bring yours, mark them with permanent marker, and bring them to camp! If we break something, we buy it.
MEALS ARE PROVIDED ALONG WITH DRINKS THROUGHOUT THE DAY
**Any participant with special dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten free, etc. will need to provide their own meal**
***RECOMMENDED TO BRING CLIF BARS, ETC FOR SNACKING AND KEEPING ENERGY LEVEL UP!
